Answer each question with:

Present Progressive:  (He is/ She is/ They are +  Verb   OR  No, he isn’t/No, she isn’t/No, they aren’t)

OR

Simple Present:  (He/She/They + Verb    OR  Yes, he does/Yes, she does/  Yes, they do)

Write both the question and the answer.

Fill in  each blank with:

am, is, are, do, don’t, does OR doesn’t

Write out the whole sentence (complete sentence).

Fill in  each blank with:

Simple Present- Positive:  (Subject  + Verb  s/no -s)

Simple Present- Negative:  (Subject  + don’t/doesn’t + verb)

Simple Present- Question:  (Do/Does  + Subject  + Verb)

OR

Present Progressive – Positive:  (Subject + am/is/are +  Verb-ing)

Present Progressive – Negative:  (Subject + isn’t/aren’t/ am not +  Verb-ing)

Present Progressive – Question:  (Am/Is/Are  +  Subject + Verb-ing)

 

Note:  “Present Continuous”  means “Present Progressive”. These two phrases have the same meaning.

Verbs end  with  “-ing “ only for Present Progressive and other Progressive verb tenses. Do NOT use “ing” for Simple Present or Simple Past.
